Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women

Despite being considered as one of the core international human rights treaties, the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women has not, as yet, been extended to the Cayman Islands. The HRC has repeatedly called for this Convention to be made applicable to the Cayman Islands.

Adopted and opened for signature, ratification and accession by General Assembly resolution 2200A (XXI) of 16 December 1966
