Complaints

One function of the Cayman Islands Human Rights Committee is to serve as the national focal point for individuals who feel that their human rights have been infringed.

The Cayman Islands Human Rights Committee may consider any human rights which are contained in the various international human rights treaties that have been extended to the Cayman Islands.
